1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, specific conditions apply based on products on sale.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased during special sales with offers and discounts, are ineligible for returns.
  • A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method, COD orders are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, let us know, and we’ll process the exchange once we receive the original item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items
